Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

When you create a Hygger account, we will store your account information. You can close your account at any time. Once it is closed, we will remove the data that we have previously stored in connection with your account.

We care about children and understand that they have special privacy needs. Therefore, Hygger has adopted the following privacy policy regarding children under the age of 16 years:

7.1 We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from such children. If you are such a child, please do not provide any personal data to us.
